Motto: endless ski touring pleasure

On your ski touring holiday in the Venosta Nordic areas, you can enjoy varied tours in seven regions and three countries. That’s a definition of “endless touring pleasure” that we like! In no time, you can go from Vinschgau in South Tyrol to Nauders in Tyrol and Val Müstair in Switzerland.

South Tyrol, Austria and Switzerland present their most beautiful side in the Venosta Nordic Association – with the remotest, most wildly romantic & loveliest ski tours in the border triangle. Here you can enjoy not only lonely nature but also vibrant history and delicious food close up.

The numerous 3,000 m peaks in Vinschgau offer countless possibilities – for leisurely tours and real challenges. The unmistakable mountain world is considered to be one of the loveliest regions for ski tours in South Tyrol. Exciting routes also take you through the Stelvio Pass National Park. In the idyllic side valleys of the Martell, Sulden, Matsch, Schlinig, Rojen and Langtaufer in Vinschgau you can rediscover solitude and mindfulness. The Martell Valley is also known for the annual spectacle of the Marmotta Trophy.

In Nauders you can discover tours between three alpine valleys: the mighty Ötztal Alps, the Sesvenna and the impressive Samnaun Group. A total of 110 km of prepared winter hiking trails invite you to do some snow shoe hiking. The network of trails leads you seamlessly into the ski tours – for all ability levels and up to 3,000 m. The impressive mountain world of Val Müstair perfectly supplements the regions: snow and unspoilt nature are guaranteed in the UNESCO biosphere reserve.
