There are 9 cross-country ski trails of varying difficulty levels for both classic & skating. You can go along the Gasteiner Arche through the wildly romantic Gastein Valley. Past the Grand Hotel nestled between the steep faces and the alpine thermal springs. The Upper Tauern National Park delivers the impressive panorama. The alpine location at 1,600 m guarantees snow into the spring: the high-altitude cross-country ski trail in Sportgastein is prepared until the end of April.

Dog lovers can take on the dog cross-country ski trail, whereas night owls can turn the night into day on one of the three floodlit cross-country ski trails.
