The Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena is situated on the sunny side of the Zugspitze. Apart from being Germany’s highest mountain, there is plenty to be discovered here. Thanks to well-groomed cross-country ski tracks and the fantastic panorama, cross-country skiers in particular get here what their heart desires.
The Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena consists of the seven holiday destinations Ehrwald, Lermoos, Berwang, Biberwier, Heiterwang, Bichlbach|Lähn-Wengle & Namlos. The arena sits in the landscape surrounded by the Wetterstein Massif, Sonnenspitze, Grubigstein and Lake Heiterwang. Thus, a winter holiday in this region promises variety and a suitable winter sports programme for ambitious as well as leisure sportsmen and women.
In the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena, cross-country skiers enjoy a well-developed network of cross-country ski tracks. Especially attractive is the long season with ideal conditions until spring. A great bonus is that the cross-country ski tracks can be used free of charge.
